The hotel location is very GOOD. Many restaurants and shops exist nearby. The staff was helpfull. I REALLY appreciated having a coffee shop in the lobby.
The hotel LACKS service for the luggage, I had to take the bags to the room myself.

the location was superb. the galata tower was visible from our windows.. the surrounding streets had many charming shops and restaurants. the staff was also very helpful, especially kareem at the reception.

I enjoyed my stay. The location was amazing with the Galata Tower right nearby. The staff was very helpful. I stored my luggage at the hotel while I traveled and this was seamless. The breakfast in room, so nice!
The street was steep. After a few days, climbing the street was difficult. I think the hotel is a bit overrated.

The hotel has a little cafe downstairs which is very convenient. I saw an elevator working well, it seemed well-kept. The hotel has a functional system for baggage storage, it is really important.

Staff was great . Reception operates 24 hours, and they were helpful with taxi issues. The staff was respectful and willing to assist with requests, it was nice.
